Hello S.O.B fam! It's me Dennis Harris, and you know I'm never just satisfied with the popular opinions in our sports world. That's why I encourage people to come in and listen to the most unconventional sports podcast out there.
While we do talk about sports I open the podcast with a little inspiration. In a world of negativity, we also need some positive light as well. With social media and our daily news, that can be hard to come by. Therefore, the first 10 to 12 minutes of the podcast will always dedicated to increasing our positive way of thinking and being.

My name is Dennis and I love sports, writing, and speaking. I have an Associate's Degree in Communications from the College of Southern Maryland and will have my BA in Broadcast Journalism and Digital Marketing from Towson University in 2024.
I love building relationships and really getting to know my guest as the S.O.B fans. I'm a big Falcons (NFL) and Spurs (NBA) fan. Being from Maryland, the DMV, I also love all the Washington teams as well.
This website is dedicated to my future wife, Kiara, who has pushed me to great lengths over the course of our relationship. Also, my family, friends, and all of you.
